We aim to process your order as quickly as possible, although once your parcel has been handed over to the delivery partner, any delays are unfortunately outside our control. However, we’re always here to help and will do our best to support you in receiving your order promptly.
Once your parcel has left our hands and entered the delivery network, Plushy Pals cannot be held responsible for how the carrier handles or transports your order, and we are unable to redirect parcels already in transit.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
Your parcel will be delivered to the exact address you provide, and Plushy Pals is not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or delivered to an incorrect address entered during ordering. If you realise your address is incorrect, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help before your order is dispatched.
Should a parcel be returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or as undelivered or uncollected, re-delivery will incur an additional postage fee and we will contact you to outline your options if this occurs.
Sadly, package theft is on the rise, and Plushy Pals is unable to take responsibility for parcels stolen from your property once delivery has been completed. If you believe your package has been stolen, we recommend contacting your local authorities as soon as possible.
Returns
At Plushy Pals, we aim to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected, you may return it within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
To request a change-of-mind return, please contact us within 7 days of your order being placed. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs and any re-shipping fees for exchanges.
To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions apply:

Your change-of-mind request must be received within 7 days of placing your order.

Items must be unused, in as-new condition, and free from any signs of wear.

Original product packaging must be intact and included with the return.

Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original order.

Refunds can only be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
